Skid Wheels

In motorhomes it regularly happens that the rear of the chassis touches the ground. This happens both when driving on and off ferries and when driving over high speed bumps and bumps. To protect the chassis, tow bar & the rear of your camper, you can have bumper wheels installed. This set prevents the chassis from hitting the road when driving on and off ferries, speed bumps, garages, etc.

The set of bumper wheels is intended for mounting on a chassis or chassis extension. The set consists of two wheels with mounting material and is suitable for most camper chassis. The sets can be placed on the side of the chassis extension as well as at the bottom or rear. Sometimes it is necessary to drill holes in the chassis extension for mounting these sets.

It is best to mount these chassis protection wheels as far as possible at the rear of the motorhome. The bumper wheels have the same hole pattern as the tow bars and adapter for bicycle carriers and scooter carriers and can therefore be mounted together.
